The TransFaith Hub supports transgender and gender non-conforming folks in our pursuit of health and wholeness by helping individuals to connect with resources, role models, and community that can support them in the the expression of diverse, gender-affirming spiritual vitality.
The Need: To help transgender and gender non-conforming people of all faiths and genders, together with our family members, friends, and allies, to overcome personal and geographic isolation
Our Vision: To compile a collaborative resource that will help transgender people, our friends, family, and allies to identify conference, events, and other gatherings where trangender spiritual concerns are (clearly) on the agenda.

About the TransFaith Hub
The TransFaith Hub is just getting started (May 2011)! We are seeking sponsors to assist financially with the technical development of the online calendar tools. Our vision for this collaborative resource includes:
- decentralized control over event listings
- a map of events
- several summary formats that can be shared easily by leaders of groups that are seeking to resource their members about opportunities to gather with transgender leaders
- automatic links to more information on the sponsoring groups
The TransFaith Hub will build on the existing TransFaith Network, but will extend that decentralized conversation with tools that more specifically organize information about events and activities. A TransFaith Hub intern will assist in compiling information in an organized way.
